Project description	The object was built in 2006 as a snack bar. The aim was to build a small authentic object from local wood. This snack bar was built with a slab foundation as well as a timber frame construction and a purlin roof truss set on top. Today, the building is used as a regional farm shop. A further extension with local materials is planned.

-|Projektbeschreibung=Das Objekt wurde im Jahre 2006 als Imbissstube errichtet. Das Ziel war es, ein kleines authentisches Objekt aus heimischem Holz zu errichten. Dieser Imbiss wurde mit Plattenfundament sowie einem Holzriegelbau und einem darauf ge-setzten Pfettendachstuhl errichtet. Heute wird das Objekt als ein regionaler Bauernladen genutzt. Ein weiterer Ausbau mit heimischen Materialien ist ange-dacht.

-|Baustoff Holz=Sowohl außen wie auch innen wurde eine gebürstete und geölte heimische Fichte verwendet. Die Vollholzfenster sind aus Eiche sowie auch der stehend geschnittene und geölte Holzboden. Die Inneneinrichtung ist aus heimischem Fichten- und Tannenholz.
