The planer Mr Golay notes: "It’s a community housing project, it was developed with an architectural co-production between architects and owners. The definition of the overall organization gradually converged on the choice to make optimal use of the building template determined by the PLU. While this choice generate a singular built-up silhouette. This building demonstrate the modesty of the approach : to use as much as possible what the urban network offer as habitability potential. This choice shape an attic architecture that give a important diversity of orientations. Shared spaces (studio, laundry and common room) and particular technical equipment (dry toilets, wood pellet boiler) characterize the environmental strategy of the project".
