Segheria Valle Sacra srl notes: "L’intero edificio è stato realizzato con legno da filiera corta: cordolo, telaio, pareti, struttura interna, pavimentazioni, rivestimenti esterni, serramenti". " Castagno: cordolo, travi per la struttura interna, pavimentazione, serramenti, rivestimenti. Rovere: travi per la struttura interna, pavimentazione, serramenti. Pioppo: struttura del telaio e pannelli OSB di chiusura. Frassino: rivestimenti esterni". "Il progetto rappresenta un esempio di valorizzazione del legno di latifoglie regionali in edilizia, sia come legname da opera che per utilizzi in prodotti di falegnameria di pregio. E’ inoltre un caso unico di utilizzo di legno massiccio di latifoglie in un edificio con sistema costruttivo a telaio, per i quali viene normalmente utilizzato legno di conifere, in molti casi di importazione".

La parte strutturale è in travi di Castagno massiccio, le pareti sono a telaio con struttura in elementi di pioppo bilama (lo scrivi sapendo che il bilama di pioppo non lo possiamo certificare strutturalmente in base alle norme europee che ci hanno escluso?) e pannelli OSB. I serramenti sono in legno lamellare (tre strati: interno ed esterno castagno termo trattato 140°C, mentre in centro c’è uno strato di pioppo naturale per poterci mettere la ferramenta del serramento in maniera più agevole) di Castagno termotrattato senza trattamenti chimici nè preservanti. I pavimenti sono stati realizzati in legno di rovere (termo trattato a 180°C) e Castagno naturale e termo trattato a140°C . Il rivestimento esterno è in legno di Castagno e Frassino entrambi termotrattati., max.  800 caratteri" and "
